Carlos served eight years as an Army Aviation officer prior to completing his MBA at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. He then spent 5 years working as a consultant at EY-Parthenon, specializing in growth strategy, M&A, and business transformation execution. In this role, he led multiple large-scale mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, overseeing teams from the initial due diligence phase through development of integration and separation plans, Day 1 execution, and post-close transformation.
